How we collect, use and protect data on the Helios public website.

When you send an enquiry or book a presentation, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email, telephone number, role, interests, message and appointment details. This information is used to respond, organise the presentation and manage the commercial enquiry.
3. First-party analytics
With your consent, we collect anonymous usage statistics, including pages and sections viewed, clicks, scroll depth, active time, device category, referrer and UTM campaign. We do not store raw IP addresses, precise location, screenshots or form field content.
4. Cookies and local storage
Essential session data is used for security, CSRF protection and form operation. A persistent anonymous visitor identifier is created only after you allow anonymous analytics. You can change your choice using the “Privacy” button at the bottom of the website.
5. Retention
Analytics data is retained for the period configured in the application, with a default of 395 days. Commercial enquiries and communication history are kept for as long as required to manage the relationship or until deletion is requested, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
6. Recipients and security
Access is limited to authorised administrators. Hosting, email and infrastructure providers may process data solely to deliver the service. Security measures include HTTPS, access controls, rate limiting, backups and technical error logging.
7. Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, restriction or deletion of your personal data and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
